I was surfing thru my local forums and spotted that stuff. its said its the special edition in chrome. with some patterns on the chrome. its only 2500 made worldwide. Its also said to be the EMG 81 with the highest output. The appearance:More pic is on the link just check it out. whadaya say bout it? the seller is asking for about USD200...

You can't get a proper answer, go to a store and play guitars with the pickups your interested in. Whatever sounds better to you. Buy. Btw try and find two guitars with a similar if not identical specs. Try a Blackjack ATX and a hellraiser

ouw, thats too bad im living in indonesia. in my country especially in my city its kind of hard to get schecter. things like ATX and hellraiser arent common stuff in the stock.
i just need a summary of each other pickups' plus and minus....

I cant remember the last time I played an ATX. But EMG'z are great for metal. the EMG 81 is brilliant for metal powerchords and heavy riffing. Lol, im not that good at this. I like the sound of them, its a nice change of tone from my A-1 which has passive pickups in. But i pretty much only play Drop D stuff on my Hellraiser. But i cant tune it to anything else coz its a floyd rose. I got it set up in drop d

Your best bet it to check all the reviews on the pickups from different sites
