Same here. My old band used to practice out of those rental storage units. When I propped my Strat against my amp I would receive a Mexican radio station, lol.

I get that clear as day, and on demand too. If I want to tune in, I just lay my hand flat on my bridge pickup. Only works in my bedroom though.

I've never heard of this until it happened to me that day. I Googled it, and it's apparently pretty common. I saw some Swedish guy who was picking up a signal from some Russian guy who sounded like he was talking to himself. Weird.
