That looks great!!!!!!!!!
This was a project I had been meaning to do for awhile. Finally got to it. So, I built a pedal board today.
I took some scrap red cedar I had, cut the slats, sides and cross supports. Glued and screwed the pieces together.
Finished with some sanding and a few coats of good old Krylon. When it was all dried, cut up a carpet door mat (my only real expense at $9) and glued to the slats. Velcro strips on the back of the pedals stick like glue to it.
Voila, all told probably $14 or so for the mat and velcro roll. I had the rest sitting around (the wood came with the house, though I just used the last of the red cedar).

Yep, the board is home made.
Used to have a 'board' just like yours. But, I'm a tube convert now.
