Leib, this maybe given, but you might try and find a Condencer mic to record that amp with. You get all the Crunch and Brutalness with the 57, but it lacks the Warmth and Resonance that i know that amp has.
With that said, you do some really good work. I cant wait till i get an interface, im going to make some of those.

Yeah, the SM57 can be kinda tricky to get a warm sound with. But I'm on an indefinite gear-buying hiatus. Got an engagement ring and a Remington 700 to buy.
