I wanna say liopleurodon because even though I'm sure the megalodon could easily bite lio's neck off, lio has to have far superior maneuverability, which I think would win it the fight so long as it can avoid getting bit.

Liopleurodons are cooler, but the Megalodon would win. The Liopleurodon has all those fins and stuff that stick out a lot. Get one decent shot on one of those, and the liopleurodon's maneuverability goes to shit.
