I hope so.... Heard good things about Schecter customer support.... Only issue is that for any warranty issues we have to go through the store it was purchased from rather than deal with Schecter themselves. Hopefully the guys in the store will be cool about it and not try to fob me off.
Emailed my tech the other night but his feeling was that if i've ruled out the usual culprits such as too low action of a bad fret / saddle / nut then there's little can be done. He wanted to look at it but it'll be back to the shop before he has a chance. The ironic thing is that this guitar has the best neck I ever played... Super smooth... Great fretwork... Just a bad piece of wood used for the neck or body perhaps...?
